What is the processed used?
All tees are made to order using DTF process.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is your refund/return policy?
All sales are final. Due to our products being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once paid. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including your orders tracking number.
In the case of delayed processing, customers will be emailed with the option to cancel for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under our liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
We are not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
