When will my order ship?
Our current TAT is 15 business days (Monday–Friday, not including holidays).

Where can I check my order status?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we start processing your items and cannot guarantee changes. No add ons will be accepted after an order is submitted. Any additional items must be placed as a separate order.
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office. If it still hasn’t turned up after 2–3 days, message us so we can help start a claim.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
It can take USPS 24–48 hours to scan packages. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, reach out to us and we’ll check on it.
What if my item arrives wrong or damaged?
Message us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or shop credit.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. We offer a Rush Your Order add on that prioritizes your order within our production queue. This upgrade must be purchased at the time your order is placed.
What is the processed used?
All items are made to order using the DTF process.
Will my items shrink?
Minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash — washing on cold and air drying helps keep sizing.
