Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Standard processing time is up to 15 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or high volume periods, processing times may extend without notice.


Placing an order confirms that you understand and agree to the current posted turnaround time.


Shipping and Transit

Once your order has shipped, transit time is determined by the carrier and is outside the control of Covert & Co. LLC. Delivery dates are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Tracking information is automatically emailed when your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating within the carrier’s system.


Covert & Co. LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions, or weather related delays.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.


Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced due to customer error. If you need to update your address, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.


While we will make reasonable efforts to update an address prior to shipment, address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.


If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly to request any rerouting or interception services.


Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Covert & Co. LLC due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Refused delivery
  • Carrier unable to deliver

 

The customer is responsible for paying the full cost of reshipping the order.


Original shipping fees are non refundable. Orders will not be reshipped until the reshipping invoice has been paid.


Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in transit, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.


If your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Delayed
  • Marked delivered but not received
  • Damaged during shipping


A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


Covert & Co. LLC is happy to provide guidance for filing a claim but is not responsible for carrier related issues once the package has shipped.
