Refund policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

 

No add ons will be accepted after an order is submitted. Any additional items must be placed as a separate order.

 

Shipping address updates must be requested immediately after ordering. While we will make reasonable efforts to update an address before shipment, address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.


Covert & Co. LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout.


Processing and Shipping

Turnaround times (TAT) are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Covert & Co. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Transit issues beyond our control
  • Weather or service disruptions

 

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery delays, lost packages, or delivery disputes.


Shipping fees are non refundable under all circumstances.

 

Rush Processing

Rush processing is available as a paid add on and prioritizes an order within our production queue. Rush processing applies only to production time and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.


Covert & Co. LLC cannot guarantee arrival dates. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.


Covert & Co. LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, lost packages, or any other shipping issues that may affect delivery timelines.


Rush processing fees are non refundable once production has begun.


Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.


All claims must include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • The order number

 

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.


If the issue is verified as our error, Covert & Co. LLC will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue store credit

 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare cases at our sole discretion.


Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are not responsible for customer selected:

  • Sizes
  • Color choices
  • Name spellings or personalization details
  • Design selections

 

Orders placed with incorrect information entered by the customer are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.


Minor variations in color, print placement, fabric shade, or monitor display differences are normal in custom apparel and do not qualify as defects.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Covert & Co. LLC first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.


Filing a fraudulent chargeback after delivery confirmation may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases and the dispute being formally contested with supporting documentation.


Policy Updates

Covert & Co. LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
