TAT is up to 15 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Shipping time is separate. All items are made to order and typically ship within this timeframe.

All items are DTF printed.

If a design does not have a name under it, it will not come with a name.

Alpha fonts (with patterns inside the letters) allow one name only. If two names are entered, only the first will be printed.

Double names may appear smaller and harder to read.

For monograms, list initials as first, last, middle. 

If a selected color is out of stock or not listed on the style color chart, that item will be refunded.

Please review the size chart carefully. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear. Brands and color shades may vary by style and size, and variations may occur between items.

Printed designs may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to fabric, printing, lighting, and screen settings.
