• Double names may appear smaller in order to properly fit within the design.

• Not all designs include personalization. Please refer to the listing photos to see which designs feature a name.

• Orders are printed exactly as entered at checkout, including name spellings, initials, monograms, punctuation, and capitalization.

Processing Time

• Current processing time is up to 15 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

• Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, and high volume periods.

Sizing & Colors

• Please review the size chart before ordering. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

• Adult and children’s sizes are not the same brand. Differences in color shade, fabric, and fit should be expected.

• Colors may appear different due to screen settings and lighting.

Printing Process

• All items are professionally printed using the Direct to Film process.

• Each garment is individually pressed in house with attention to quality and detail.
